On-demand team model
A complete product team from day one. Designers, engineers, and AI specialists. Scale the team up when you are pushing for launch and down when you are not.

Hiring a designer, three engineers, and someone who actually understands LLMs takes most companies the better part of a year. We give you that team next week
2BTech is a custom software and AI development company working with VC backed startups and SMEs. We handle the whole path from first wireframe to production deployment, so you are managing one partner instead of coordinating four.
We know what is riding on it. Board updates, runway, the demo that has to work in front of a customer on Thursday. That is why we scope honestly, quote realistically, and show you working software every week rather than a status deck every month.
Built for teams that need to move
A complete product team from day one. Designers, engineers, and AI specialists. Scale the team up when you are pushing for launch and down when you are not.
Design through deployment under one contract. No handoff gaps, no vendors pointing at each other when something breaks.
We quote what the work takes, not what wins the pitch. If your deadline is not realistic we tell you before you sign, not six weeks in.
Every sprint ends with software you can click. Direct access to the engineers building it, not an account manager relaying questions.
Documented, tested, handover-ready code. When your investors or your next CTO look under the hood, nothing embarrassing is in there.
What We Do
Most of our work starts with one of these and grows into two or three. You are not locked into a fixed scope you picked before you knew what you needed.
Agents that do real work, not demos. Customer support, sales operations, internal workflows. We build them, connect them to your systems, and set up the monitoring that tells you when they drift.
AI features inside your product. Retrieval pipelines, LLM orchestration, model integration, and the guardrails that keep costs and outputs predictable at scale.
Find where AI actually pays off in your operations, then build it. Assessment first, pilot second, rollout third. If a workflow is not worth automating, we say so.
Idea to launched product in 8 to 12 weeks. Milestone-based pricing, weekly demos, and a codebase your next engineer can pick up without a rewrite.
SaaS platforms, internal tools, and enterprise integrations. Multi-tenant architecture built to hold up past the first thousand users.
Research, interface design, and design systems. Interfaces that hold together when real users get to them, not just in the Figma file.
Implementation, customization, and an AI layer on top of your CRM. Integrated with the rest of your stack rather than sitting beside it.
Move off legacy infrastructure without taking the product down. AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud, with a staged cutover and a rollback plan at every phase.

Real Results From Real Teams
"Great work, fast delivery, patient and very reliable. Would definitely recommend. Worked with them for more than 6 months. A lot of initiative shown when objectives were not clear. Amazing stuff."
Mr Bilal Butt
CTO, SaaS Platform
✓ Launched MVP in 8 weeks, secured seed funding
"One of the most impressive things about Talha and Aqsa was their responsiveness. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and address any concerns that arose throughout the development process. They worked closely with me and the 3rd party booking application company we hired, to ensure that every requirement was met and that the final product exceeded all expectations."
Daniel Montelogo
CEO, Marketing Agency
✓ Reduced client onboarding time by 60%
"Great, hard-working team. Dedicated to delivering a project just as we envisioned. Recommend them."
Erin J. Watson
CEO, Bookkeeping Firm
✓ Streamlined operations, saved 20+ hours per week

Four phases, no surprises in any of them
We align on goals, scope, and what success actually looks like. You leave with a timeline and a number, both of which we intend to hold to.
Prototypes tested with real users before engineering starts. Cheaper to change a wireframe than a database schema.
Two-week sprints with continuous testing. Working software at the end of every one.
Deploy with monitoring in place, then iterate on what real usage tells you.

Answers to what people usually ask before starting a project.
MVP development starts at $8,500. Custom platforms and AI agent builds start higher and scale with integrations and compliance requirements. Discovery engagements and AI assessments are smaller fixed-fee projects. We give you a real number after discovery rather than a range on a pricing page, because the range is never the answer you actually need.
An MVP is 4 to 7 weeks. A production AI agent is typically 6 to 10 weeks. Larger custom platforms run 3 to 5 months. We build AI-assisted, which is why those numbers are shorter than the industry norm, and we quote the timeline the work actually needs. If your deadline is not achievable we say so before you sign rather than six weeks in.
Fixed scope projects use milestone-based payments tied to deliverables you can see and approve. Ongoing engagements are monthly retainers for a defined team. No hourly billing surprises, and no invoices for work you did not agree to.
The engineers and designers assigned to your project. You talk to them directly in a shared Slack channel, not through an account manager relaying questions. We are a distributed team across Austin and Lahore, and we overlap with US business hours.
It usually does. We price the change, tell you what it does to the timeline, and you decide before anything gets built. Scope creep becomes a problem when nobody names it, so we name it.
Yes, entirely. Full IP transfer on final payment, along with documentation, repository access, and a handover walkthrough. Nothing is locked to us, and you can take the codebase to another team or an in-house hire without a rewrite.
Yes. A good portion of our work is joining an existing engineering team rather than replacing one. We start with a codebase review so we are honest about what we found before we start changing it.
That depends on whether the use case is a good fit, which is what the assessment phase is for. We define success criteria before building, set up evaluation and monitoring alongside the agent, and tell you when a workflow is not worth automating. That answer comes up more often than the industry admits.
Every sprint ends with a working demo, so you see progress every two weeks rather than finding out at the end. Problems surface early because there is nowhere for them to hide. If the fit is genuinely wrong, we would rather end the engagement cleanly than keep billing.
